Prospectus

Perforated Application form is attached in this Prospectus for Pre-Nursery to Class - VIII which is available at the School Fee Counter between 8:00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on payment of Rs. 200/-. Parents are required to fulfill all details required in the admission form with necessary documents.

ELIGIBILITY / AGE (MINIMUM) as on 31.03.2023

Nursery: 3 Years and 3 Months Prep.: 4 Years and 3 Months

Class I: 5 Years and 3 Months Class II: 6 Years and 3 Months

Class III: 7 Years and 3 Months Class IV: 8 Years and 3 Months

Class V: 9 Years and 3 Months Class VI: 10 Years and 3 Months

Class VII: 11 Years and 3 Months Class VIII: 12 Years and 3 Months

1. Parents and Guardians will be bound by the school rules in all respects, which may be changed from time to time. In all matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal shall be binding on the Parents/Guardians.

2. Parents of the students coming to the school by private means should collect their wards on the allotted time. The School is not responsible for the safety of students after school timings.

3. Students should be habitually clean and always be neatly dressed. School uniform should be worn on all working days.

4. Students should maintain strict discipline while going from one class to another.

5. Students are not allowed to bring any gadgets, like Cell Phones, Tabs, Laptops, etc. to the School.

* All students must attend school and be punctual. These shall include activities conducted outside/after the school, e.g. seminars, extra classes, etc.

* 75% attendance is compulsory for all students failing which he/she may not be eligible for sitting in the exams.

* Absent students must produce a valid medical certificate or a letter from the parent or legal guardian. Letters must state the reasons for absence from the school.

* Students should not leave the school premises during study hours without the written permission of the principal.

* Sick or unwell students shall leave the school only when they are escorted by a family member or guardian.

* A students returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, should produce a doctor's certificate permitting him/her to attend the school.

* School shall take a disciplinary action against students who regularly come late to the school.

*Birth Certificate: From Municipality/ Notified Area Committee/ Office of the Registrar of Birth and Death must be brought.

*Court Affidavit, horoscope or hospital/clinic certificate will not be accepted. However, a photocopy of hospital certificate or immunization card should be attached to the application form as an additional proof of the date of birth.

*It is the responsibility of the parents to enter the correct name and date of birth of the child in the application form. No alteration or either the name or the date of birth will be permitted at any time later.

*A photocopy of the Birth Certificate should be attached to the application form for our records. The Original Birth Certificate should be brought along for verification at the time of submission of Form.

*SC/ST candidates are to attach a Photocopy of the SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.

*A recent postcard size photograph of both the parents with the child in between must be affixed on the application form.

*If any of the above requirements is not fulfilled, application form will be rejected.

*Submission of form in the School Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Both the Parents with the candidate are to be present at the time of submission of Form.

*SUBMISSION OF FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ADMISSION.

*A list of eligible candidates for selection will be put on the notice board.

School Management Committee has the sole right for selection of candidate seeking admission.

Security guards on duty 24/7 and the campus will be under CCTV surveillance.
